Variables that Affect Customer Satisfaction of Online Food Delivery Service Users

Improving the quality of service is most important thing for companies, as case with PT. Gojek Indonesia one online-based provider customer satisfaction very to know level and customers. The development electronic in providers was carried out by distributing questionnaires 385 respondents determine effect on consumers who use it, well finding proposals improvements services based right dimensions e-servqual. In improving food delivery services, an E-Service Quality (E-Servqual) model which built using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method form 10 quality, namely ease use, website design, customization, responsiveness, assurance assurance, reliability, tangible, emphaty, price, value. results study found that accommodate online are variables value, but there 1 variable does not have a significant i.e. prices. While simultaneous testing, all formed final consumer satisfaction, so e-servqual declared optimal.
